TEENWORKS CHARITALBE ORG. (TWCO) mission is for The Mentorship, Internship, Education, Community based programs, Providing Economic Growth by Finding & creating employment opportunities. Our Teens/Young Adults are Our Future, so social economic development is a vital part. Thus the goal of the mission to teach, educate and inform the knowledge of financial independence in our society.

Our Founder Ms. Pearlina Story ran for the 24th District Office in 2022, with her background as a community leader , civil rights activist, poet and author. She made some noise we know this is not her last run at office. Ms. Story has been in the political arena in Pennsylvania for many years, behind the scenes of some of the biggest and most historical champagnes.  

Mission statements – "Providing Education/Opportunity & a Solid Future Everyday to Everyone". Through Mentorship & Apprenticeship one Young Adult at a Time, we will empower them with the skills and knowledge to succeed.

Executive profiles – 

Ms DRUMMOND has been a community activist and sponsor of youth events and groups for over 30years . Sponsor of the Miss Pittsburgh Teen pageant and also the T.D Blue Cats she has been a sponsor and member of the 412 TEEN WORKS family. Helping Ms. Story train teens and young adults for jobs, education, and life. She aslo a proud member of ACTION UNITED. She also helps mentor parents of college and professional athletes through LEGENDS SPORTS CLUB a non-profit club for student athlete club located in Pittsburgh, PA

Civil and labor rights activist Nate Smith, who gained national prominence in the '70s and '80s in building trades in Pittsburgh, and pushed for diversity in skilled labor.

In the 1970s, Smith started Operation Dig, a training program in Pittsburgh to help Blacks gain union membership. The labor program became a model for the nation. Mr. Smith helped lay the foundation for 412 Teen Works by allowing us to have our first office at Operation Dig in the 80's

ANEW Community Institute is a membership organization that provides community education and services democratically decided by our members. We are working on creating jobs, starting businesses and non-profits, community education, stopping foreclosure, and more.

Mission:
To improve the day to day lives of our members by increasing civic participation and a sense of community, opportunity, and equality for all.

Social Entrepreneurship:
We are in the business of creating local economies over the long term that will promote small business, new nonprofits, build community and coalitions of community, generate jobs for our members, build home ownership for our members, improve the lives of our members, and reduce our reliance on big corporations.

My mission in Life is to leave behind a legacy that will live forever. I want a residual Impact that will change the world for the better everyday. I've already started the process 10 years ago, and I don't mind fighting another 10 years to see the vision through. DORIAN JOHNSON has over 20 years of Coaching Experience from youth to the college level, also as a scout he started The Legends Sports Club. A mentorship inspired sports club that helps coaches on all levels find players, while preparing players for coaches. (Coach Dor) as he is called has been a coach for the Best of The Batch Foundations "Project Chuck " Summer Basketball League for over 10yrs. Assistant H.S Basketball Coach at West Mifflin Area HS 2015 was the teams best season 15-1 Section Champs. His Program has helped over 200 student athletes get athletic scholarships with some making it into Professional sports. Through TWCO we help youth athletic programs and coaches throughout the country with various donations and gifts as well as exposure for their Prgrams and Teams
